With over 12 years of experience in healthcare, Kelsey brings a strong operational and clinical foundation to her role. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Physical Therapy and began her career on the clinical side before transitioning into healthcare operations.

Kelsey has built her career around streamlining workflows, organizing teams, and improving day to day operations in complex healthcare environments. She takes a practical, people first approach, combining operational discipline with a focus on supporting both physicians and staff.

Her work is centered on creating efficient, reliable systems that allow clinical teams to focus on delivering high quality patient care.
